The Security Council of the United Nations has adopted, on Friday, April 12, 2019, a resolution that promotes the mandate of the United Nations Mission for Haiti's justice in MINUSTAH for a six-month final period, on October 15, 2019.
The resolution has been presented by the United States and adopted by 13 votes and 2 abstentions (Russia and the Dominican Republic).
The members of the Board will be the General Secretary of the United Nations planning scheme to address the UN Special Political Mission mission that it recommends to bring the relief of MINUSTAH and the involvement of the graduates of staff of the maintenance of the pace before the 15 octobre 2019.
The event, Jean-Pierre Lacroix, Jean-Pierre Lacroix, has raised the progress achieved over the years in strengthening the payroll institutions and particularly the National Police (PNH). M. Lacroix has said this in the capacity of the PNH to manage the safety risks for an international operational app.
In the resolution adopted here, the Security Council has requested the General Secretary of its presentation in the 30 days following the adoption of this text a report on the details of the political mission of the Special Commission. The members of the Council are conscious of the fact that Haiti "continues to suffer from serious difficulties" and imports those in need of international assistance in effective and coherent development and the strengthening of the markets that do not support its institutions .
The Council also urgently urged that the Government of Haiti forward the precautionary measures to ensure respect and protection of the rights of men by the national police and the judicial appendix in which it is essentially the stability of the pay.
