How to add a product?
1) Click on (Manage products)
On mobile devices, scroll down to find it.
2) Click the blue + icon to add your first product
Anything with the * is required
* Module Name: Type your product title name here
Product description: Type the description of your product, give as much information as you can about the product features and benefits (DO NOT COPY FROM OTHER PLACES TO PASTE IN THE DESCRIPTION BOX, IT WILL MESS UP YOUR PRODUCT PAGE BECAUSE IT WILL PICK UP BAD HTML) please type everything.
*Meta tag title: The title of the product of your product for a search engine to list it
*Meta tag description: Short description of your product for SEO
*Meta tag keywords: List of keywords that describe your product in one word for SEO
3) Click Data
*model: Type the model of your product here, if it does not have one just create one for it.
Sku: Type your SKU here (Stock Keeping Unit)
UPC: type if there is one
EAN: Type if there is one
JAN: Type if there is one
ISBN: Type is there is one
MPN: Type is there is one
Location: Location where the product is being shipped
Price: The price of your item here
Tax Class: Select None, Taxable good, or downloadable product
Quantity: Type how many of this item you have in stock
Minimum Quantity: Type the minimum quantity a person should buy
Subtract stock: Yes/No
Out of stock Status: Make the proper selection
Requires Shipping: Yes/No, does this item has to be delivered or ship?
Date available: select when this item will become available
Dimensions (L x W x H): Type the item dimensions here
Length class: Select the length class here
Weight: Type the Weight of the product, it is important to type it for shipping
Weight class: select weight class
Status: Enable item or diable item
Sort order: Type the order of the item
4) Click Link
Manufacturer: Type the name of the company that produces the item, but not required
Categories: Select the categories of the product, click on the space or type the first letter of a category for the category to show up
Filters: Click the filter box to select the filter
Stores: Always leave it on default for the product to only show on your store
Downloads: Ignore
Related products: Click the box to select a related product, if this is the first product you will not have a related product then
5) Click Attribute ( This is product specifications )
6) Option: (options available for the product). Here you can also customize shipping fee if you do make sure you don't add the product weight in the DATA section
- Product colors
- Product bulk
- and so on
7) Click Discount ( add discount if you are giving a discount on this product)
8) Click Special ( if you would like to create a special on this item)
9) Images: Add product images here
- Click upload (You can upload multiple images at once)
Click the crayon icon
Click the blue upload icon
- Once your image is uploaded click select the image to add it
- Click the + blue icon to add another image
10) Reward points: Type the number of reward points you would like to reward your customers for buying the product, your reward point should not be higher than the product price
11) You do not have to worry about SEO here.
12) Click continue to save the product
You are done, your product should be listed now for the customer to order. To add another product just repeat the steps.
