Saturday, December 29 in Gonaives (Artibonite Department), as part of the Youth Weekend, an activity launched December 8 in Port-de-Paix Edwing Charles the Minister of Youth, Sports and Civic Action (MJSAC) continued his sports, training and leisure activities with more than 300 young people from Gonaïves.
Minister Charles took the opportunity to remind the young people gathered at the Immaculate Conception College that the country is counting on them and that they must devote their studies to meet this expectation.

After the aerobic sessions, socio-sports activities and workshop exchanges (entrepreneurship, leadership, civility, among others) under the supervision of the technicians of the Department of Youth and Integration, Charles recognized that talent, willingness and determination must be combined with quality training to contribute to development, recalling its efforts to reopen the various training centers of the Ministry, for the detection of young talents in order to supervise them for the benefit of the country. He also intends to encourage income-generating initiatives and those promoting the culture of living together.

As we approach the celebration of the 215th anniversary of Haiti's independence, Charles has invited young people to prepare to take charge of the future of this country that our ancestors proudly left us as a legacy.
