"My position has always been clear. I will not participate in the election of January 24," said the presidential candidate Jude Celestin Lapeh party in an exclusive interview with Radio Kiskeya.

In his speech, Jude Celestin claims not to be in the country and denounced the statements of his opponent Jovenel accusing Moses to campaign in different places of the country.

Lapeh candidate said he would write to the CEP to prohibit them to print ballots with his name for the elections of January 24.

As the report of the Independent Electoral Commission of Evaluation will not be taken into account I will not participate in the elections of January 24, concludes Jude Celestin.
