The head of the Haitian state, Jovenel Moïse, left Port-au-Prince on Tuesday, April 9, 2019 for Panama. As part of an official visit President Moise will participate in the 3rd Edition of the Global Business Forum Latin America - Panama (GBF2019) in Panama.

For two days the participants will have working sessions around the theme "Next crossroads, new regions". The roundtables and program sessions will focus on three main pillars, designed to identify common challenges and regional specificities and help delegates identify and track opportunities.

In addition to heads of state, senior officials, bosses of major international companies and investors from many parts of the world will participate in this forum.

A few hours after officially appointing Jean Michel Lapin as new Prime Minister, the head of state allows himself an excursion before the start of the ratification period.
