Barbados lost 26-24, 15-25, 25-14, 25-22 in a match where they were out powered by a superior Haitian attack.
In the other women’s matches contested today, the U.S. Virgin Islands defeated Curacao 25-19, 25-18, 22-25, 25-18 and Martinique defeated Guadeloupe 25-23, 25-18, 23-25, 25-20. Over in the men’s division, Guadeloupe defeated Aruba 25-14, 25-21, 20-25, 25-19 while Curacao won 25-18, 25-16, 25-16 over the U.S. Virgin Islands.
In the other men’s match Haiti defeated Martinique 25-13, 25-16, 25-13. Tomorrow, Barbados men’s team will take on Haiti at 8 p.m. (PG) -
